Chilling on Sunday Mornings...Family Yoga starts at 11am for 45mins.
Family Yoga is a great way for the whole family, young and old, to stretch out and have fun. A community class encouraging the family to spend the morning together enjoying Yoga, Games, Music and a lot of laughter. It can be as energetic or relaxing as you like. Every week we follow fun sequences together, with partners and in groups, finishing with a well earned relaxation/meditation, this can be guided, story-telling and on some occasions chocolate!
All Family Yogi's are offered 20% off a family brunch downstairs in Peckhams Cafe straight after class, the perfect way to spend a Sunday!...... all you need are comfy clothes and a big smile.
