* Chi Ball *

An holistic, seasonal approach to excercise, based on the philosophies of Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkris Technique and deep relaxation. You will feel strengthened, relaxed and peaceful after this class.

* Chi Ball Pilates *

Emphases on torso stability and control.

* Chi Yoga *

Starts with warming movements from tai chi, then moves on to Yoga. This session will strengthen, tone and relax your internal and external body.

* Pure Pilates Mat * Work

Develop core stability and control while being taken through a series of progressive exercises.
Great for back problems and those who prefer a slower paced exercise class.

* Hatha Yoga *

For every body, build a strong, flexible physique. Create a calm, clear mind. Offers a 7.30pm class for beginners and, for those with experience, a 6.00pm class.
